Another year of swimming lessons have come and gone. Overall, this year was a success. Too bad Abbie had a pitiful teacher. (I can say this with confidence because I taught swimming at this same pool and I must admit, I rocked!) The good news is that Abbie is a natural, with no fear, she did the very best she could with a lame-o teacher. Dylan isn't as fearless. He doesn't freak out or anything, he is just way more cautious and not as comfy in water as Abbie is. As crappy as Abbie's teacher was, Dylan's teacher was AWESOME! She pushed him and by the end of the session, he was doing all of the strokes with no fear! It was great to see him with some confidence in the water. I took some pictures of the diving board and of how Scotty looked at every lesson. Give him a Ring Pop and I was guaranteed to have an hour with a happy boy!

Nice dive!! Gotta love swimming lessons. Jacob can't wait until next year when he can actually be in the water instead of just a bystander. I love your photos at Victors pond. The pj's are the best!
