We went to the zoo last week with our awesome friends, the Kimball's. They have a pass and because we went with them our trip turned out to be free-SCORE! Scotty doesn't remember ever going to the zoo, so he was pretty psyched. He did ask me repeatedly if the animals would be able to get out and get him. Poor kid, he's just like me. Totally paranoid and full of anxiety. After assuring him that they definitely WOULD NOT get out, and that the dinosaurs were totally fake, he had a blast. He was so excited to see the turtle. I don't know why, he has a weird fascination with turtles. Dylan and Abbie and Keira had a great time too, but this trip was all about an awesome 4 year old with some seriously neurotic tendencies-gotta love him!
