Too Much Information + A Question
Today I went to the doctor. Not ever my favorite place to be, but at least its a quick visit when you're pregnant. She told me I had gained 9 pounds in the last month. I wanted to roll up in a ball and start crying my eyes out. How is it possible to gain 9 pounds in 4 weeks? I don't feel like I've gained that much (and I am extra hard on myself), I feel like I've been doing relatively good this time around. Then I realized that when I was weighed I had to go pee really, seriously, horribly bad. It always irritates me that they weigh me before they let me use the bathroom. It makes no sense whatsoever! So, my question is-how many pounds do you think I can realistically subtract from 9 to allow for my extremely full bladder? Jesse is always extra nice, so his guess is 8 1/2. I know that is overly generous, but I don't feel like 9 is a true representation. Guess I'll walk 60 minutes tonight instead of 30!

It's better to gain than lose.
I must be like my brother because I was gonna say like 7? I remember when I was pregnant with Emery and I had gained 10 lbs. in one month, too. But, for me it was after losing about that much from throwing up, so I'm sorry. Walking for 60 minutes will definitely kick it in the butt.

Hey, on one of my babies I gained 10 lbs in one month.
I gained TWICE as much weight as I wanted to.....so I feel your pain. I probably gained 10 lbs in a month easily. Every week I dread stepping on the scale. I didn't really try to be active and eat healthy but who's to say that our bodies don't naturally gain weight regardless? I have never looked forward to working out until now....I can't wait to get on the treadmill after i have the baby LOL. I agree being pregnant is not fun, esp in my last semester in the summer ugh. We never went to lunch like we talked about.... I have this whole week off if you want to go? I'm just waiting for the baby to get here.
