Great Scott, He Did It!!!!!

I know I have mentioned in past posts that the potty training thing hasn't gone so well for Scotty boy. He's had NO interest and I've had LOTS of frustration. Well a week and a half ago, I decided to really take the bull by the horns and get this potty thing down. I didn't care what it took, he was going to be trained no matter what. Well, guess what? He did it and it was soooooooooooooo easy! Once he did it the first time, he realized it was fun and way better than wearing diapers. Pretty easy, if I do say so myself. A few days later he decided to go #2 and that earned him the above remote control monster truck. He has gone through months of torment to get this "surprise" and he is so proud. Let me explain a bit. My dad is the king of teasing. If he knows something bugs someone, he will NOT QUIT until my mom can't take it any more. The more you say, "stop" or "leave me alone", it just fuels the teasing fire and he laughs and laughs. He has been bugging Scotty for months about the potty thing. Every time we go to his house, Scott always asks, "is Mack going to bother me?" (He calls my dad, Mack, its a long story.) I'm always honest and tell him, "Ya, Mack's definitely going to bother you." As a result, Mack is not his favorite person. You can understand why. Well, along with the teasing, my dad promised him that if he went #2 in the "pot", he would buy him a surprise. Well, Scotty delivered and so did my dad. Now Mack won't be bothering him anymore (about that anyway).
He hasn't mastered the sleeping in underwear thing yet, so here he is: diaper, necklace, and sunglasses, isn't that what you wear to bed?
