I Can't Take It Anymore

Why must we suffer? Why is my body and clock so confused? Why was daylight savings time ever invented? I hate it with a purple passion! Sure, I like there to be sunlight later in the evening, but why can't we just stay this way the whole year? I know there was recently some state legislator that tried to put an end to the madness, and he was voted down. Why? To make us all miserable that's why.
