Tonight I went on a walk with some girls in my neighborhood. I was gone 1 hour. I came home and heard 2 kids running down the stairs to greet me. Then Abbie breaks down and starts to bawl. This is how the conversation went from there:
Me: What's wrong?
Dylan: Abbie missed you so much she was crying the whole time.
Abbie: (While crying) I missed you so much.
Me: I was just gone an hour, I'm sorry you missed me. I missed you too.
Dylan: I missed you but I didn't cry, I just told Abbie to put her head on my shoulder and pretend I was you.
First of all I was impressed that Abbie actually missed me. That is usually not her thing. Then I was so proud that Dylan tried to help her. Even after they had been fighting and bugging each other most of the night before I left, turns out they really do love eachother. So cute. I hope they will always be there looking out for eachother!

Oh! They are so cute. There's nothing cuter than a big brother that takes care of his sister. I hope so much that I have a boy like Dylan. What a sweetheart.
So cute!! My kids didn't even realize I had left!! Dylan is such a sweetie!! I do miss having him in my class. Your blog about the "F" word reminds me of last year - it was summer and when we got to primary class, Dylan goes "Scottie knows the "D" word and the "G" word" - I was like "Oh- and what words are those?" He says "ddd", "ggg"" - I about died!! He is so funny!!
