These are a few of my un-favorite things

Today I am feeling particularly annoyed. There is not one reason I am feeling this way, but probably a million. Here are a few things that are really ticking me off:

1. The weather. How is it that we go from 90 degree heat on Tuesday, to rainy and 50+ degrees the next day. Is it too much to ask that we have some 75 degree days for awhile?

2. Drivers. Why is it that when people are turning right into a parking lot they don't use their signal? This drives me crazy!!! Especially when I'm waiting for them to pass so I can turn out on to the road. If they would just signal, I would know their intentions and then I could get going!!!!

3. Mothers. Why do some mothers have absolutley no idea where their kids are, and then call me and act totally annoyed that I have no idea where their kid is? Then I spend way too much time worrying about what has happened to this kid whose mother is incompetent!

4. My belly bump. Why am I forced to live the rest of my life with this bump under my belly button? Yes, it is a lovely symbol of my kids, but I think they are lovely enough symbols. No matter how hard I try I know this will never go away unless I have plastic surgery and that is not going to happen.

5. PMS. Yes you guessed it. This is most likely the underlying reason for my rant. If we, as women, have to go through life having periods, why do we have to suffer with PMS? It just seems so unfair. Bloating, cramps, fatigue, getting the munchies-all of these things have to go!!!

Okay, maybe now I have cleansed myself of these negativities and I'll be able to get on with my day!

Today is a good day for a rant. Good for you! Sometimes, you just want to be pissy. My problem is that I usually want to be pissy.

Wish I read this earlier - you know you can always call me to rant - although it will be funny to read this in a few years and see how our stresses have evolved!!
