This morning, Abbie's preschool had a field trip to the zoo. Let me just start out by saying that I DO NOT enjoy the zoo. It's smelly, too many hills,I'm not an animal lover, and it is usually so hot. Today, however, it was cold. I decided to suck it up and go cause Abbie was sooooo excited. We got up extra early to get everyone ready and pack our lunch, get the coats and blankets, bring the diaper bag, etc. You know how it is when you take kids anywhere, you have to pack like your going on a small trip. We were finally off, and after we got gas for the car, we ended up being 20 minutes late. Oh well, we were ready to go. We checked out some monkeys, the elephants, and the bears. Abbie just wanted to go see the giraffes, so we headed that way. We had been there 15 minutes at the most, and Scott threw up EVERYWHERE! It was so nasty, and smelt just awful. So, we hiked back to the car and came home. I did manage to snap a picture before the big eruption:

He does look like he doesn't feel that great! So much for his first trip to the zoo. On the bright side, we weren't there for hours on end so I can't complain too much
