Friday Fun Day Again

Ahhhhhh, it's Friday. I love Friday. Every thing about Friday rocks. I have to say that with the new addition of Friday Fun Day, I look forward to Friday even more than I did before. We went swimming last week and had loads of fun. We had to go to the stinky indoor pool, but it was great because I realized it will be a fun place for Abbie's birthday party. I didn't take any pictures because I was in the water the whole time. (Besides, who wants to see a picture of my in a swimming suit?)

Today we went to the very tiring Hogle Zoo. Wow, I feel like I ran a marathon today with all those fun hills we walked up and down and up and down. I also didn't take my camera today. I thought about it, but didn't feel like it. So there you have it, I'm a lazy picture taker. I didn't think that was possible, but it is. Abbie was so excited because the last time we tried to go to the zoo, Scott puked all over in the first 15 minutes. Today I made it up to her-finally. We saw all the usual animals and smelled all the usual smells. The new carousel is a cool addition. By the way, when did Dylan decide he is too cool for the merry go round? This disturbs me. Beside the carousel, the best part of the day was the giraffes. They are usually my favorite part because of their awesome eyelashes. They came right over to us, and Scottie looked up and said, "Fishy!!!!" It cracked me up. Then, I kept calling them fishy trying to egg him on. I guess if he grows up being confused, we'll know who to blame!
