It's only September 3, and there is a distinct change happening in the weather-FALL!!!!! I love autumn and spring so much that I can't decide which is better although I do think I'm leaning towards autumn. The only down side to it is that I know what is just around the corner-the dreaded Christmas season. I'll try not to think about that and just enjoy the atmosphere. Every year around this time I get all excited inside. For some odd reason I feel the need to decorate my house (not in a harvest way, just get new decorations for the walls). Here are some things I love about this glorious season:
Crisp, cool air
Sweaters
Football season
Going to see the witches
I start drinking hot chocolate again
Halloween
Candles that smell like pumpkin spice
Getting new house stuff
Not baking like a toasted cheeser in the hot, hot sun
Horray, I'm so excited. If the weather changes and we get an annoying hot streak back, I'm going to be ruined!

I am SO with you on the autumn thing. I LOVE it! I love the cool air and soup and hot chocolate and sweaters. It's the best time of year.
I just hope this fall season lasts a little bit longer than Spring did this year. You made me excited for it!!
Even though we got jipped on a summer up here, I am so excited for the fall, it is definately my favorite time of year. It smells amazing in the Northwest and the leaves are so beautiful. You really can't beat the smell of fall here. {Although the canyons there are amazing in the fall too!} I think it is funny you want to decorate this time of year!
Fall is the BEST time of the year hands down..for exactly all the reasons you posted about. I can't wait to start decorating, it's fun.
